PLEASE MAKE AN UNBOXING VIDEO WHILE OPENING THE PACKAGE AND CHECK YOUR ARTICLE THOROUGHLY IN THAT VIDEO, FOR ANY EXCHANGE AND RETURN DUE TO DAMAGED PRODUCT, THE UNBOXING VIDEO WILL BE MANDATORY.

We offer 7 days for notification of return from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. Pick-up will be attempted once. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code. For Return orders, a voucher with your store credit will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
Partial withdraws are not applicable.
All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.
Any product exchanged/returned once will not be considered for further exchange/return.
Since We keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever You shop with us next time.
A product returned to Us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by Us and upon confirmation by Us that the product is in fact returnable as per these terms.
If You wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, You can only return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately using the credit.
Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. Please immediately inform Our customer care department in the event of any products delivered without tags.
In case the product doesn’t arrive in satisfactory condition, we require an unboxing video as part of the exchange process.
Orders can be cancelled withing 24hours since the time of order placement.
Refunds shall be processed in 3-5 business days.
Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Free products are not eligible for exchange or return.
In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.
If an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/exchange will be possible.
A forward shipping charge of Rs 150 would be deducted from your credit coupon in case of returns.
Cancellation

To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must WhatsApp us which remains open from 11:00 to 6:00 from Monday to Friday. For a faster response, We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us.
